Today we called all the people who owed us money and had to tell them that they needed to pay before the 9th or evictions would be starting to take place. Many people said they were paying, set up a payment plan or just flat out didnt answer or get back to us. As for the people who didnt set up a payment plan, and even for the people who did, we had to go to all the apartments and give them paper notices to make sure they didnt skip or to show them their balance on paper by law. Some people paid right away, and some made a payment plan.
