This past week we have had to deal a lot with vacant units. Usually our occupancy sits right around 97%, but in the past few weeks that number has dropped and several units are coming available. We have been continuing to post ads and keep up with our marketing, but the numbers have continued to drop. This has lead us to question why. We are currently in the process of figuring out if leads are not being delivered to our emails because of technical difficulties or if the units are too expensive and not drawing interest.
