For Orientation at Weidner, it was your typical filling out paperwork and watching videos on how to behave in the workplace. However, they also did more they made sure you understood fair housing and yardi before sending you onsite. They also made sure you had a good understanding of their company. They provided us with tips and guidelines on how to lease the Weidner way and just overall be a successful property manager. They also gave us a pin and two books that they feel are important reads and can help with our success. They made us feel confident and prepared to go out to our communities to get acquainted.
