I’m not sure if it is just here in Colorado or if all Weidner properties share pickle stories but every time we have meetings, we have the opportunity to share our pickle stories. It is when you do something nice for a resident or employee not because you have to or should but because you felt like it. Each property is allotted a certain amount of money to use for pickles if needed. It can be something as simple as sending flowers or even something for free like giving them a ride to the grocery store.
