Since I have started here at High Plains (5 weeks ago), our pool has been opened maybe 5 days. It has been very difficult dealing with very unhappy tenants who want to enjoy the pool, but people who live here and people who just work off the streets have ruined that for them. Wearing the wrong swimwear has been the main reason our pool is too dirty to move in. People who wear street clothes, especially jeans, that throw off the chemical balance making our pool constantly have to be shocked and/or cleaned. What I have learned from this, is how important it is to monitor the pool and who is getting in it to make sure they live here, make sure they are wearing the proper attire and to make sure that everyone is following the pool rules, because the second that even one person does not follow the rules, it messes it up for everyone.
