Power Hour at Weidner takes place from 9am-10am before our office opens. It gives us time to tidy up the office, vacuum, clean the glass doors, pick up trash, sweep the entrance, clean up the fitness center, fluff pillows, and put balloons out. It also gives us a chance to spruce and ready mini models, and walk our marketing trail to make sure everything looks nice. It gives us time to make sure everything is ready before we have any residents, vendors, or future residents come in.
