Pre-Vacate Inspections for July

I joined our assistant property manager and the maintenance team to assist in pre-vacate inspections of all residents moving out at the end of July. The apartments were surprisingly clean, and the residents maintained great care of their apartment. Every team member was excellent explaining the importance of the inspections and what to look for.
