After all the painting and maintenance done we then have to go through and wipe down some finishing touches and set up what is called a mini model. This makes it feel a little less vacant in the apartment. We just set up basics like coffee, towels, wooden spoons, books, shower curtain and soap to just get a little feel like you are living there.
