Property Management includes the maintenance and upgrades of property grounds. During my internship I have worked on a retaining wall project from start to finish. I started with finalizing a bid and contract for a retaining wall construction project. I secured the down payment and placed the project on our schedule. Before the start of the project, I had to contact Diggers Hotline to mark the project site for the dig and build of the wall. I ordered the supplies and finalized the job schedule for the crew. I was the site manager during this project to assure all final details were met. The wall was constructed with base and boulders. All disturbed lawn areas were graded and hydroseeded. I collected the final payment to close out the job.
