One of my responsibilities was to do weekly property walks. Visions was a large community of 731 apartments so I just 4 buildings to focus on. The purpose of property walks was to make sure all of the apartment patios looked nice and only patio furniture was on them. The car sections had to be walked because there was covered parking so I was to tag cars that didn’t have a sticker in their windshield allowing them to park in the covered spots. Below is a picture of what a tag looked like.
