This past week (7/5-7/8) was one of the shorter and more hectic weeks I’ve been apart of in my short stint with this property. Due to the intense storm we had on Tuesday night 7/5, almost half of our property was without power until the afternoon of Friday 7/8. In between these dates there was a lot of upset tenants and it was acceptable because I’d be livid If I didn’t have power for about half a week. People had fridges/freezers full of food spoil and others needed power to do work so there was a lot of unhappy people. It was nice to see how to handle these less than ideal situations because there will be times when something has gone wrong and there’s nothing you can do to control it. People do have their power back and things have gone back to normal for the most part.
