We had a resident make a complaint about the air fresheners in our office and workout center. So we sent him a form called a reasonable accommodation request. This form gives a formal request to have something of the property changed however it needs a doctors signature to prove that the personally medically needs the accommodation request. This resident deleted the whole section about the doctor’s signature and sent it back to us with the rest of it filled out. We still performed the request and changed all of our air fresheners to a type that only takes the bad smell out and doesn’t release any smells.
