So far there has been a lot to work out with the program and it has been a bit of a rough switch. Our IT department is working hard to correct the errors and make sure that the program is running efficiently for us. The past few days have been filled with questions from residents about the program, and a lot of Weidner Support Tickets to resolve things that were not working. Because we were the guinea pigs I expect this program will take a while to work perfectly, but it is so cool to see everyone come together and work as a team during the transition.
