On top of all of the move outs we’ve had this week, we’ve also had a lot of calls about rent, since it is the holiday weekend. We give residents from the 1st to the 3rd to pay their rent, and as of the 4th their rent becomes late and all of the extra late fees are then added to it. Residents have been calling to complain about this all week saying how it’s unfair that we’re closed on the fourth even though they have three days before hand to pay their rent.
