Repairs After Move-in

After tenants move in, there may be problems in the unit that we were not aware of that need to be fixed. So we help tenants to put maintenance requests in through their online portal and then we have to print off lists for the maintenance team. We want our tenants to feel very comfortable and welcome in their new home!
