Bigos Management has recently rolled out a new software program that allows all reviews and ratings on the internet to be funneled through one app. This allows for Managers to be able to access the reviews and reply in a timely manner to make sure that our customers know we value them and strive for a high level of customer service. Though it is time consuming, we have noticed that it is much easier then having to do separate searches on individual websites.
