We attended another training session on Thursday, where we learned how to apply many functions with Customer Relationship Management (CRM). We use it to contact prospects, communicate with residents, establish appointments, and create work orders. We also learned about screening guidelines and how to address the issues with prospects. They provided us lunch afterwards, and it was delicious with several salads, fresh fruit, ribs, jambalaya, and desert.
