At Asbury Park people tend to live in the community for 1-3 years. So it is important to keep your residents happy since they will be around for awhile and you want them to enjoy living in your community. This means getting their maintenance requests done asap, and doing what we can to improve their home and life while they are in our community. We have a few residents who like to stop by and visit with us. It is fun to be able listen to them and know how much they appreciate the fact that we will stop, listen, and care about their lives. I always look forward to visiting with residents because the more you know about them the better you can accommodate them. Plus it is easier to make them feel important and cared for.
