Residents Can Be Harsh Sometimes

Residents can be inviting and friendly; however, I had an unpleasant phone call with one of the residents. I tried my best to help him, but he constantly cut me off and continued to yell at me for nothing I had control of. I am learning to practice patience while being firm.
