The model at the apartment community is something that every prospect sees when they take a tour at the property which is why it needs to be kept clean, inviting and smelling good. We open the model first thing in the morning and close it after our showing hours are over. After our work is done in the office on Saturdays, we head over to model and do some cleaning, and my favorite part, carpet raking. This ensures that prospects can get the best idea of what our community is like and what their future apartment could look like.
