Today was a fun day in the property management industry because me and another intern got the opportunity to go to surrounding properties to find out there prices, how they treat their customers and other helpful tips. I learned that all properties have there own and unique ways of standing out. You just need to find the strengths in your property to be an effective at leasing out your product.
