Since Tanya only was able to spend a few days with the floating leaser I was put in charge of helping her learn the basics. This made me realize just how much I have learned. I really made sure I knew exactly what I was doing this way I did not lead her in the wrong direction. I taught her how to use Docusign. I helped her learn how to show apartments. I have helped her how to navigate around yardi. Also, I have helped her learn how to make and close maintenance work orders. I instructed her how to open and close the office. Since I stepped up to help train the new leasing consultant it lessened the stress on my CD. It was really great opportunity to show what I can do.
