Yesterday was my first day alone! I was seriously ALONE, alone. There was no one else in the office, except for me between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This may seem like a small victory, but it is a HUGE victory for my entire career in property management. I will be doing the same “victory shift” for the next two weeks alone!
Of course, yesterday as well, we had five tours scheduled. They were all back-to-back. Why would my team do this to do me?! I had a great time practicing my touring skills! I also was surprised by a walk-in prospect, who I was able to show our vacant apartments as well!
