Well today has been pretty slow and the phones aren’t ringing. When you have days like today, it is a great time to call everyone on your prospect pipeline and make sure people are still interested in your apartments. If someone hasn’t showed up for a showing make sure you call them back and reschedule for a time that works better for them. You want to keep the prospect pipeline clean and small, stay updated with everyone on it and get them to come in!
