Last week our property was experiencing unusually low traffic. This left us with a lot of downtime in the office. We used this time to figure out why our traffic was so low. We called other competitors and looked at adjusting our prices. What we found out was that our direct competitors were running specials and offering prices lower than ours. This information allowed us to adjust our prices and offer concessions. It is important to know your direct competitors and what their product is like and what they are charging for it.
