The past few weeks our property has had incredibly slow traffic. With lower traffic it has made each tour and prospect that much more important. We have several units that have been sitting vacant for a while and our vacancy loss is growing daily. This has forced us to offer concessions and drop prices in order to attract future residents. Part of the problem was that our pricing company drove our prices too high and we missed out on prospects to the competition that kept their prices competitive throughout the month.
