Had to kick some people off the property today. When you get multiple calls of people soliciting on your property that has signs saying, “no soliciting” you must go take care of business. Turned out to be individuals trying to sell vacuum cleaners. I understand that they are just trying to do their job, but no solicitors is a benefit tenants pay for.
