This past week our property had several prospects come in for tours that said they were students in the area. All of them said their reason for liking our property was that it was close to their school. This made us think about how we could better target these students since we realized we had a great location for them. The schools around us are small community colleges that do not have much housing available. In order to better tap into this demographic we created a flyer and went around to the two local community colleges and posted them on their bulletin boards. These students are far enough away that they do not walk by our property. However if they saw a flyer or had their attention brought to the property they would realize it would be a logical place for them to live because of its proximity to their campus.
