Last week was busy for myself and the other interns that were on the same team as me. We had a team meeting on Friday. Every property is assigned to a team, which consists of three to four properties in the immediate area. These properties then meet up once a month to discuss how every property is doing, and an important topic. This month the topic was safety. We discussed the importance of wearing safety glasses for maintenance when they needed to and even for the office staff to do it when blowing up balloons. We also talked about where each property was at with their occupancy, and how we could help out the property that was having a lot of vacancy. It feels good to know that we had lots of people there to help and support each other.
