Came back from my 4th of July vacation to maintenance being extremely far behind on a turnover to have someone move in the next day at 9 am. We completely replaced the flooring and baseboards due to extreme pet damage. I ended up staying until 8.30 pm painting and installing baseboards so the unit was ready for move-in the next day at 2 pm since I was the only one who didn’t need to take overtime since I had a few days off. Pictured is my awesome LVP installation skills.
