There was a studio apartment that Asbury Park was having trouble renting. It had a move in concession added to it in order to try to get it off the market. The third day on the job we had an appointment to show the apartment. The guest liked it and decided to put in the application and was approved. The guest is now a resident of the property. I really enjoyed getting to see the whole leasing process right away. It was cool to be able to watch the process all the way through because now I have a better understanding earlier and I am able to pick up and learn faster.
