At Weidner Apartment Homes they have a position called the floating leaser. The floating leaser goes from property to property to help the ones struggling to lease apartments. They help with curb appeal, advertising, and training new leasing consultants. We had the floating leaser come to our property to help train in our new leasing consultant. She came a few days to early to get a feel for the property because this was her first time working at this property. I showed her around and she told me how important curb appeal is because it draws attention to our property to get people to stop by.
