This week was my first week of working for Weidner. It was a very basic week, they had me go to the corporate office to watch some training videos. I also had to fill out all the basic paperwork for starting a new job for taxes and pay. The training videos were pretty basic, they talked about sexual harassment, leasing tips, a little about how to use the program Weidner uses to manage their properties. I also got to meet my co-workers this week, one of them was a stout graduate and the other one seems very nice. I feel like they will be able to teach me a lot about managing, property management and customer service.
