This week at Town Centre we finally got our new hire. I was responsible for training her in and showing the ropes, such as day to day basis and some tips on how to handle certain situations. I had her shop some other properties just to see how different company’s tour. I had her tour her own prospects and I just came along to answer any questions she didn’t know. I showed her around the complex to make sure that she knew were the washer/dryer was, storage lockers, party room and other areas residents might use.
