This week was my first full week of work, as you do when you start a new job the first week can be crazy. I had to learn how to use the software and make sure I was capable of navigating through it. I had to learn how to take care of the property. I learned that they do dog stations every Tuesday/ Thursday and trash is rotated every Saturday. We had to water flowers basically everyday depending on how the weather was. I got to meet some of our residents which we had quit the variety of. I also walked the property to get comfortable with knowing where everything was located. I also had to go shop 3 different properties which is when you go tour different apartment complexes to see how to do a tour a right way.
