This week has been a slow week, being that we are just about one hundred percent leased. I had to work my first Saturday alone this week. Honestly, I was nervous because I didn’t fully know what to expect being that I would be running this 300 some apartment complex by myself. It was good though, some of the residents who have been around for awhile gave me some pointers. I also had to do delinquency which is when you must call residents who still owe us money. Its awkward calling people and trying to figure out when they are going to pay us. It was ok because my community director explained the best way to do it is to just ask them politely what day we can expect them to pay off their balance.
