Town Centre week 9

As far as this week goes we have been very busy with move in’s.  I have been doing a lot of filing to insure that we are doing this properly and up to state code.  Filing for us includes the following, signing up residents for renters insurance, signing up residents for electricity, get a maintenance checklist together,  do a move in inspection, make keys and garage fob, memo ID’s and create a move in gift/ folder.
