The week of June 10th. After a few days of settling into Centric me and a few other property management interns got to do a little road trip with the president of NRP management, Erick Waller. We went down to Columbus Ohio for a quick tour of one of one of our Senior Communities, Parsons Village. We then headed towards Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to see another community that is also brand new within the last year, Edge 1909. We toured the property, met many new people, and got to learn about budgeting for properties with Erick. Very eventful week for me!
A portion of your Real Estate Property Management coursework includes Cooperative Education. These intern positions apply your classroom knowledge in a professional work setting, where you’ll gain confidence in your skills and abilities.
You’ll build a stronger resume with the work experience employers need and may have a position in place before graduating. Many students receive a job offer from their Co-op employer for a full-time position following graduation.
