If you read my last post you probably know that I have spent the last week trying to sort through hundreds of garages and storages units that occupy the property I am working at. I would be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy doing it, but it is a lot of work. This past Saturday I spent the day going through a very small portion of the garages and storages I need to check before we can rent them. Surprisingly, all of the garages were empty and just require a small amount of maintenance work. However, storage units were not the case. Here are a few of the items I found while going through them: Ovens, motor oil, lots of tires, washer/dryer, bikes, bike rack, toasters, and mechanical equipment. The next step in this process is to put up a 15 day notice on each unit stating the abandonment of property.
