My CD was gone and our leasing consultant is still very new so I was put in charge. I had to deal with the resident complaints. I was also trying to train our new leasing consultant and answer all of her questions. We had a lot of renewal questions that I had to handle. I was contacting our AD to get situations and prices approved. I was helping maintenance as well. This day taught me a lot and it was one of my more stressful days. It was an amazing learning experience and it made me realize how much I have learned this summer. I did not that I knew as much as I did. I definitely felt like I got a little taste of what it is like to be a Community Director.
