Every Tuesday the Insight Realty team gathers for a weekly Tuesday meeting. During the meeting we go over the different projects we are working on. I mostly am there to listen in, but it is interesting to listen to them bounce different ideas off of each other on how to go about different projects that they may be stuck on or just want a second opinion on what they are doing. I think it’s great to witness these guys getting together and being able to talk through appraisals together because each one of the guys brings a different perspective or opinion to the table. Even though they individually appraise a property I enjoy that they work as a team when they need the help and the office is a space where they welcome difficult problems and questions.
