    Turn Around Day

    In the field of property management having a fast unit turn around is very key to a successful property. High occupancy percentage is one of the biggest priorities a manager has at a property. In the scenario today, a resident abandoned their unit so we spent the day clearing everything out and touching up the unit. It was very interesting learning about the policies and laws you need to be aware of when dealing with abandoned property. The maintenance team defiantly appreciated my help clearing out the unit.
