A couple of weeks ago we had a constructive brain storming activity with most of the employees in the northern branch. A lot of the criticism was towards our hours system called blueforce. It is a difficult program to operate but with a little playing around it becomes fairly easy. Since most of the management employees are older, I can see how it would be difficult for them to operate. Since then, I have developed a simple tutorial plan to operate the main pages of blueforce. It was approved by the branch manager and will now be put up on our document sharing site for every employee to access. I am proud of the work I have done and I hope it makes working blueforce a little easier for some of our employees.
