On Sunday, I completed my second day alone…it was worse than last Sunday! I drove back to 7west from La Crosse, WI. I nearly made it back on time.
I began my shift with a lonesome Power Hour, but I was approached resident after resident! My Power Hour quickly turned into Power Hours. I had a lot on my plate for the day and it was already half finished! Ha!
I finished the day’s pipeline; I had five tours within four hours; I managed to help every resident that approached me. It was a victory for my by the end of the day. I greatly realize the importance of my team.
