So last week our office was experiencing a little bit of a hectic rush. I was just casually sitting at my desk doing some work through our CRM program and all of a sudden I was asked if I could do a tour. I happily agreed to do it, however the experience was a little awkward because the family I showed an apartment to barley spoke a word of English except for their 10 year old daughter. I thought I didn’t do as good of a job because it was hard to get my points across because of the language barrier. Anyways, I just came into the office this morning and found out that the family I took on that tour had applied for an apartment and got approved! So it turns out even if you do a horrid job showing an apartment there is a slight chance the person will sign for it regardless. It was a pleasant surprise this morning to see my name next to their apartment and scheduled move in date.
