It has been great summer working with Velair, I have no bad things to say about them. I got to work with some great very nice people, I learned a lot, and I was able to enjoy coming into work everyday. I may not have liked my commute, but that has nothing to do with Velair, I highly recommend working with them, they treat you with so much respect and gratitude, as if you’re royalty. It might also be a good experience if you have only worked with market rate apartments, this is completely different. It’s too bad my co-op has to come to an end before the deadline for Rosemary, but they are just a few units away and I helped as much as I could and hope they meet their goal!
