First week is over and I am excited for the rest of the 12 weeks I am here at Velair. A lot of training this week and presumably next week, trying to absorb as much information as I can each day. I am learning about affordable housing and what Section 42 is, I even observed a lease up day, a lot more goes into an application for a Section 42 property as opposed to a market rate. I think I will be working with applications a lot this summer.
