Velo on the Boulevard

This week I got to tour a property in downtown Salt Lake City, called Velo. The property was just bought up by Weidner 4 months ago and is made up of 99 units. It is a relatively small property compared to the nearly 500 unit property I am used to working at, but it was a great experience. The units at this property started in price at $1,400 for a studio and went up from there.
