For my first week at Dominium’s A-Mill Artist Lofts in Minneapolis, I was introduced to my site team and many of the responsibilities I would be taking on. I shadowed the Community Manager and the Leasing Consultant of my site, learning many of the tasks that had to be done regularly. I was given online training coursework to complete for the rest of the week to be knowledgeable on Dominium’s corporate structure, software and applications, policies, and procedures. At the end of the week, I even painted a few marked up walls from a previous move-out and used the newly learned software to complete the work order.
