Week 3 flew by, and I learned so much. During the week I did everything from learning and creating leases to having to step in and help do the final touches to a unit that is being moved in later in the day. I have also stepped in and helped the lifestyle director when it came to community events and preparing staged units. My most memorable part of the week was when the leasing team and I had to clean some of the units last minute seconds before a resident moved in.
